We have been organising and running team building events and coporate away days for many years. We have desgined and run them for other companies and for ourselves. This has given us a broad depth and knowledge of what works and doesnt work. Which we will use when we discuss with yourself what you are specifically after or out to achieve.

Our trainers hae all worked in a variety of corporate businesses from Childcare, teaching, IT, retail, and the service and hospitality trade as well as fully qualifed outdoor instructors. This enables us to be able to understand your working environment btter and relate the activites and learning outcomes to your staffs day to day work. Which will make the learnig more relevant and thereofre much more robust as a result.

There are mountains f research into why a team buildiing, away day has benefits to your business and there are links at the bottom of this page to some ofthose articles. But we all know that taking people out of the normal day to day environment, and allowing them to look at problems with a differnent mind set has huge benefits. Alternatively if its a celebration of a job well done by the team, or time to make closer bonds. All of these make coming here a worthwhile process.

We had... read more a great instructor (Jess) who got to the point of the health and safety but also gave us lots of time to do our archery, axe throwing and rifle shooting experiences. Its definitely a place to book if your down in wales and I would go again.

Everything from the booking to getting the equipment, safety... read more talk and helpful advice was excellent. TNR Outdoor staff we helpful and friendly. We had a fantastic time canoeing and all of us loved the aqueduct.

I would recommend TNR outdoors and we would definitely use them again.

Friendly staff and after a quick safety and instructions briefing we were off! 



Some things to consider (and what we’d... read more take account of next time we do this!). Crossing the aqueduct can take a while as you give way to any traffic coming the other way. We had a 20 minute wait or so before we could paddle across. I understand the wait can be much longer sometimes. Made no odds to me but the kids were restless so handy to forewarn any younger ones! My other tip is to put things in waterproof bags. My back pack is water resistant but it got lots of water dripped on it from the paddles and it and the contents were pretty soggy afterwards!



Lovely mornings activity nevertheless even in the short rain shower. We’d definitely do it again 👍🏻
